Xin Juexing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “we”, “us” or the “Company”), as the operator of the GoΠ Latin American e-commerce platform, fully recognizes the importance of your personal information. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information and your privacy rights. To clearly explain how we collect, use, store, share, transfer, and protect your personal information when you use the products and services of the GoΠ platform (including, but not limited to, the website; hereinafter “GoΠ” or the “Platform”), as well as how you can access and manage such information, we formulate this “GoΠ Privacy Policy” (the “Policy”).

This Policy is an important part of the “GoΠ User Service Agreement” and is inseparable from it with equal legal effect. Matters involving the processing of personal information not expressly described in this Policy are governed by the “GoΠ User Service Agreement” and relevant Platform rules.

To adapt to business development, technological progress, and changes in laws and regulations, we may revise this Policy from time to time. Any revision will be announced on the GoΠ platform through one or more methods such as announcements, in-app messages, or push notifications. The revised Policy will take effect on the specified publication date and fully replace the previous version. If you continue to use GoΠ services after the Policy is revised, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you have the right and should immediately stop using the Platform services.

1.3 Legal Bases for Processing

We only process your personal information where we have a necessary legal basis. The legal bases we rely on mainly include the following five situations:

2. Definition and Collection of Personal Information

Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. This includes but is not limited to: your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date, gender, date of birth, and other identity, financial, and contact information related to our services.

Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, if leaked, illegally provided, or abused, may endanger personal or property safety, and is likely to cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or lead to discriminatory treatment. In the context of this Platform, this includes but is not limited to precise location data, transaction and payment information, biometric information, and specific identity information.

Anonymized information refers to information that has been processed so that it cannot identify a specific individual and cannot be restored. Such information does not constitute personal information.

We only collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this Policy:

Required information: When you register a GoΠ account, you need to provide your mobile phone number. We will complete real-name verification and account creation by sending an SMS verification code. This is necessary to complete account registration; lack of this information will cause registration to fail.

Optional information: You may choose to provide additional information such as avatar, nickname, gender, location, and personal signature to enhance your profile, which helps us deliver a more personalized experience. Not providing this information will not affect core functions such as online shopping.

When you place an order on GoΠ, to complete the transaction and provide after-sales support, we collect and generate the following order information:

To enable payment, we need to share necessary order information (order number and amount) with the third-party payment institution you choose (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay) to confirm and complete your payment instructions.

To deliver products, we need to share your recipient information with cooperating logistics service providers.

When you contact customer service or use after-sales features, we need to use your account information and order information for identity verification. To protect account security and transaction security and to prevent fraud and cyber attacks, we collect your device information, service log information, order information, and software installation list for security incident auditing, risk detection, and response.

2.2.6 Product Optimization and Statistical Analysis

To continuously improve and optimize our products and services, we conduct statistical analysis based on your device information and service log information. This process uses anonymization or de-identification and cannot identify a specific individual.

You can adjust or withdraw these authorizations at any time through your device operating system or the GoΠ app’s permission management. Please note that disabling permissions does not affect information processing already conducted based on your authorization.

Risk notice: The internet environment is not absolutely secure. Please keep your account password safe and avoid using the same or simple passwords. We will never proactively ask you for account passwords, SMS verification codes, or other sensitive information at any time.

After verification that there are no unfinished transactions or disputes, we will complete the review and process your cancellation request within the statutory period. For security reasons, you may need to submit a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We will respond within 15 business days of receiving your request. We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests. For requests that are unfounded, repetitive, require excessive technical means, or may pose risks to others’ legitimate rights and interests, we may refuse.
